Experiencing God’s Blessing: Renewed Purpose and a Reignited Love for the Call of Christ

There’s something special happening at College Avenue Baptist Church.

Over this past year, we’ve been quietly and beautifully witnessing God at work, bringing fresh energy, deepened faith, and a renewed sense of purpose to our church family. It feels a bit like watching new growth in spring… steady, hopeful, and full of life.

We’ve gathered around tables for Thanksgiving meals where laughter and conversation filled the room. We’ve watched children’s eyes light up during Vacation Bible School, and families connect during Trunk-or-Treat on crisp fall evenings. We’ve worshiped together outdoors, under open skies at Easter and during the Paul Bunyan festivities, reminded that God meets us right where we are.

Inside our church, there’s been a deepening too. Worship feels vibrant and heartfelt. Small groups have become places of real connection. Our kids’ ministry is growing with joy and intention. And in some of the most meaningful moments, we’ve celebrated baptisms, lives changed, faith made visible, and hearts turned toward Christ.

Through it all, we’ve felt the steady blessing of partnership with Greenacres Baptist Church, walking alongside us with encouragement and support.

And woven through every moment is this promise:
